The emphasis in Leadership class is developing positive character. As 7th & 8th graders they are very aware that they are the role models of the school and are expected to behave that way. They set small personal goals as well as help plan school spirit activities. Each semester also includes participation in promoting or organizing an event that community members are invited to.
Leadership Expectations
Each student will complete 5 hours of community service to be completed at the end of Winter Break. The student will share their activities to the group as specified in their log sheet.
Students will participate in all activities with an open mind and willingness to "TRY".
Students will actively reflect on activities and put forth their best effort on assignments.
Students will take responsiblity and be prepared for class.
Students will follow through with their personal goals and will contribute to the class goals with quality and timely efforts.
